Many of the brokers in our network have a Home Services Program but it may not be available in all areas.
Who We Are
Preferred Moves® Home Services program provides the help you need, before, during and after you buy or sell a home.
The Preferred Moves®Home Services program was developed to put you in touch with local service providers to help you obtain the variety of services associated with buying, selling or owning a home. From home repair and home maintenance to complete home renovation, let us help you with all of your home services needs. (See below for service coverage areas.)
About the Contractors:
Contractors are required to pass the QCT (Qualified Contractor Test) - a rigorous process where contractors are screened for:
- Reliability
- Dependability
- Competitive prices
- Quality of work
- Customer service
- Insurance and licenses
Contractors are personally interviewed
All contractors must sign and return our customer service policy
Contractors must provide five to ten homeowner references
Constant evaluation occurs to ensure contractors are meeting our "Qualified Contractor" guidelines.

How it works:
In just a few easy steps you will be matched up with the most qualified contractor(s) for your home improvement needs.
- Upon enrollment, a Preferred Moves® counselor will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your enrollment and get you started.
- Upon confirmation, you will hear back from your Home Services counselor within 24 hours with the name of the contractor most suitable to meet your home improvement needs.
- Expect a call from the contractor within 48 hours to schedule a free estimate.
- After completion of the job fill out the Satisfaction Survey so that we will be able to better serve you in the future.
